Extraordinay Ministers of Holy Communion

Who: A practicing Catholic lay person who assists in the distributionof Holy commuion during Mass in a reverent and holy manner. 

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy communion should lead a life in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church, befitting their ministry. 

Ministers should show the greates reverence for the Most Holy Eucharist by their demeanor,

their attire and the manner in which they handle the consacrated bread or wine. 

Frequency: On a totating schedule for Saturday and Sunday liturgies. The more ministers there are the less frequent your rotation.

Training will be provided as to procedure, and the Archdiocese offers mor in-depth training if wanted.
